ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEARSIPAN PADA KANTOR DESA PASIR EMAS KECAMATAN SINGINGI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was at the Pasir Emas Village Office in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how records management at the Pasir Emas Village Office in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Formulation of the problem in the research is how filing management is at the Pasir Emas Village Office in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. According to the observasions of the authors of Archival Management at the Golden Sand Village Office in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been running as it should, although there are individuals who provide archives withount the specified prosedure, and the Borrower sometimes does not go through the spesified prosedures, and returns archives longer than the specified time will make the management of the archive interrupted, and the preparation of the return of records is sometimes not rearranged by the offices, until the archive is not rearranged which will later complicate the rediscovery of the archive.
