Abstract

This study aims to determinance: (1) The Influence of Human Resource Competence on the Quality of Village Financial Statement in the District of Pangean, KuantanSingingi. This research is descriptive by using quantitative data analysis with causal research designs. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of question nairest which is spread throughout the village apparatus in the district of Pengean, KuantanSingingi. The population in this study was 265 people and the number of samples is 68 people. Data analysis was performed using a simple linear regretssion method with help soffware SPSS version 23. In this study using independent variabel that is human resource competencies (X), and the quality of village financial reports (Y) as the dependent variable.The results of this study in dicate and significant to the quality of village financial reports in the district of Pangean, KuantanSingingi of 0,550.
