Abstract

Development planning conference (musrebang) is a public vehicle important to bring stakeholders to understand the issues and problems of regional development that aims to resolve the issue of rural development. One of the villages, that should be the implementation of musrenbangdes is Pekon Way Petai where in the process of planning forums held this, there are lots of interesting phenomena that occur, particularly with regard to the involvement of the community and stakeholders steps to align its development plan through musrenbangdes. The data retrieval process is carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by increasing the quality. The researcher analyzes data from varios sources obtauned from the field using data collection methods by conducting observations, interview and documentation.
