EVALUASI PENETAPAN TARIF DASAR AIR DAN NILAI KESEDIAAN MEMBAYAR MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PROGRAM PAMSIMAS DI DESA KOTO TUO KOPAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Development is a change process that takes place consciously, planned and sustainable with the main goal being to improve the welfare of human life. One development that is concern is the need for clean water. Pamsimas (Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat/Water Supply and Community Based Sanitation) is on form of solution and lack of clean water in the village. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method. The focus of this research is the evaluation of basic water rates and the value of willingness to pay the community towards the pamsimas program. The subject in this study were the people of Koto Tuo Kopah Village, KuantanTengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the determination of basic water rates and the value of willingness to pay the community for the pamsimas program in Koto Tuo Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of this study indicate that the pamsimas in Koto Tuo Kopah Village have been achieved well. But the results of this study the authors still have one indicator that has not been implemented, namely about the compliance/ of the community, meaning that there are still people who are late payment every month and who do not want to pay.
