Abstract

This research was conducted at the Lubuk Ambacang Health Center, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how Community Health Services at the Lubuk Ambacang Health Center, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi District. Sampling technique For Puskesmas Officers was used saturated sampling technique, that is, all populations were sampled, in which the number of samples for Puskesmas staff was 42 people, and for community elements Simple Random Sampling was used, ie the sampling of members of the population was done randomly without regard to strata there are in the population, the number of samples using the Slovin formula is obtained by 43 people, the total respondents in this study amounted to 85 respondents. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires that have been conducted on the Evaluation of Community Health Services at the Lubuk Ambacang Health Center, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi District, which produces an average value of 2.56, it means that it is in the Intermediate Interval. This is because of the 6 indicators used in this study, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equality, Responsiveness, and Efficiency, almost all indicators are not Good.
