PERANAN KEPALA DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBANGUNAN FISIK DI DESA KAMPUNG BARU KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the role of the village head in improving physical development in the village kampung baru kecamatan gunung toar kabupaten kuantan singingi. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head in improving physical development in the village kampung baru kecamatan gunung toar kabupaten kuantan singingi. Data collection techniques that the authors use the in this study are interview, observation, documentation. Interview technique is that the writer asks questions directly to the respondent. Documentation is a written record of various activities in the past. And observation techniques are the authors make observation or reviews at the research location. Data analysis techniques that the authors use in this study using survey research with descriptive explanatory levels, and qualitative data analysis, is after the data and all materials needed according to its type and are presented in the form of tables of numbers and percentages acompnied by descriptions and explanations based on data research. The conclusion of this study is that the role of the village head in improving physical development in the village desa kampung baru kecamatan gunung toar kabupaten kuantan singingi catogorized as good. As based on the result of interview, observations, conducted by researchers respondents consisting of villagex secretaries, bpd, development commite, hamlet heads, community leaders from the role the of village heads in improving physical development is good.
