Abstract

Community Participation In Village Development Planning In The Situgal Village, Logas Tanah Darat Distric, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Background of the problem of the research was the low of the planning of community participation in village development planning meetings in Situgal village, Logas Tanah Darat district, Kuantan Singing regency. The purpose of this research is to know how deliberation execution plan of the Situgal village, Logas Tanah Darat distric,t Kuantan Singing regency, and also to know whether the development planning suitable with the villager expectation of Situgal village, Logas Tanah Darat district, Kuantan Singingi regency. The type of the search descriptive. Survey by using analysis qualitative. Method of data collecting obtained form interview, observation, and de documentation. The researcher analizes that data to obtain the validity of the data by examining all existing data from various sources that have been obtained the data analysis methods are reduced data, presentation of data, educing data. Based on the results of the research the research found that there is still a low level of community participation in village development planning deliberations in the villages of Situgal, Logas Tanah Darat regency, Kuantan Singingi regency.
