Abstract

This research was conducted in realtion to the implementation of Good Governance at the office of kuantan tengah district, where the subject of this research was to find out about the implementation of good governance so that problems regarding good governanceb could be proven and explained wheter the kuantan tengah good goverment kuantan singingi regency in accordance with operasional standards . Analytical techniques can be used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis based on the result of good governance at the kuantan tengah district office are not good governance at the number 0f five indicators. It considered poor because staff are still buying time to relax and there is still a lot of in and out hours work came late or lacked discipline. Because of that the goverment of kuantan tengah district,kuantan tengah singingi regency had to improve the quality of good governance so that community satisfaction could be achieved.
