KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PELAKSANAAN AKAD NIKAH DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study is entitled "Quality of Administrative Services for the Implementation of Marriage Covenants in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Kuantan Tengah district, Kuantan Singingi Regency". KUA Kuantan Tengah District was established in 1957. The first Head of Office was H. Moenaf Ya ’cub, which has an office by renting buildings owned by residents in MAN Side of Kuantan Bay with the condition of Semi Permanent buildings.KUA Kuantan Tengah was originally one of the KUA district office of relijian the Work Area of the Department of Religion of Indra Giri Hulu Regency which has thousands of cities in Rengat, but in 1999 the KUA of Kuantan Tengah district became one of 15 KUA districts that were part of the working area of the Ministry of Religion of Kuantan Singingi Regency which is a division from Indra Giri Hulu Regency. As for the informants of this study are the head of Kuantan Tengah district KUA, Employees, Prospective Brides and the community. That the quality of administrative services in the implementation of the marriage contract in the office of religious affairs (KUA) of Kuantan Tengah district has not been carried out well because it is necessary to improve the way of implementing the marriage contract for the religious affairs office.
