PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM KEPEMILIKAN AKTA KELAHIRAN DI DESA PEMBATANG KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Birt Certificate is important, in fact there are still many people  who do not know the importance of having a birth certificate, there are still many people who have very little legal awareness of ownership of the birth certificate, even though the birth certificate is a very important deed owned by every child who becomes Indonesian citizens. Lack of community understanding of the importance of authentic evidence from civil registry agencies makes them reluctant to administer and refort any birth events  to the civil registry agencies. The people’s opinion when they hear birth certificate, what comes to their mind is the high cost of making birth certificates and the length of time that has been promised. This research will be carried out in Pembatang village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type or researth used in this study is a type of quantitative research, The data collection methods used are koesioner, observation, and documentation. Based on the re of the research in the field it can be seen that the Society Participations in Ownership of Birth Certificates In Pembatang Village Pangean Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency are Still Low.
