Abstract

The abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics is currently a big problem both nationally and internationally. Drug abuse and illicit trafficking have been proven to have damaged the future of a nation in any country, damaged human character, damaged physical and public health, and in the long term had great potential to interfere with competitiveness and the progress of a nation. Due to the large impact of the damage, the illicit drug trafficking is classified as extraordinary and serious. Moreover, the illicit trafficking of drugs is transnational and organized so that it becomes a real threat that requires serious and urgent treatment.
