Abstract

The Background of the research by effort in realizing observation of development of countryside in so many area to increase prosperity of people specially in autonomous implementation manual attitude area stand in need of process to look after society aspiration, Sungai Sorik is one of the countryside residing in Kuantan Hilir Seberang district, Kuantan Singingi regency owning Body parley of Countryside (BPD) and its role very claimed by society and also released policy can bring positive effect to society. Body Parley of Countryside (Functioning BPD) conduct observation to execution of Governance of Countryside, this institute observe do regulation of Countryside which have been made to be executed by Government of Countryside or not and also do that regulation implementation according to or do not with have been made. The formula of the research was how implementation function and duty Parley of Countryside (BPD) In Sungai Sorik Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang district, Kuantan Singingi regency. Body Parley of Countryside as governmental activity partner have executed function and his duty better in continuity of development of countryside and specify regulation of countryside with countryside head. BPD have executed its function in permeating and channelling society aspiration utilize to support development matching with requirement entire/all countryside society
