EVALUASI FUNGSI LURAH DI KELURAHAN PASAR USANG BASERAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR KABUBATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pasar Usang Baserah, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the function of the village heads in Pasar Usang Baserah Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to evaluate the function of the village head in Pasar Usang Baserah Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used to was the purposive sampling technique, where all the population is sampled, which amounts to 8 people and for community elements using the Quota Sampling method, namely people who are considered to know how the overall condition of the Village Head Function Evaluation in Pasar Usang Baserah Village. The results of the questionnaire distribution showed the evaluation of the function of the village head in Pasar Usang Baserah which produces an average value of 3.28, which means that it is in the Fairly Good interval. As well as field observations that show that there is a good enough evaluation of the function of the village heads in Pasar Usang Baserah Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This is because every indicator tested had good results.
