PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN DESA MUDIK ULO KECAMATAN HULU KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was carried out in Mudik Ulo Village, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of village chief's leadership in the development of Mudik Ulo Village, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the study is Does the Village Head's Leadership Affect the Development of Mudik Ulo Village, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses Simple Random Sampling, where the sampling of members of the population is done randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination. The test results show that there is an Influence of Village Leadership Leaders to Mudik Ulo Village Development, Hulu Kuantan Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District, which produces a correlation number R of 0.680, which means that the Leadership of Village Leaders on Village Development has a strong relationship, and the magnitude of the influence of Village Head Leadership on Village Development is 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
