EVALUASI FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DALAM MENAMPUNG DAN MENYALURKAN ASPIRASI MASYARAKAT DI DESA KOTO TUO KOPAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI PERIODE 2014-2020

Abstract

This research was conducted related to the evaluation of the function of the village consultative body (BPD) in accomodating and channeling comunity aspiration in Koto Tuo Kopah village Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study the function of the village consultative body in accomodating and channeling comunity aspiration in Koto Tuo Kopah village Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency. So that the problem regarding the function of the village consultative body in accommodating and distributing the aspirations of the community can be proven and explained wherther the village consultative body ini the village of Koto Tuo Kopah in achieving its work has gone according to plan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the process of transforming research data in the form of a description. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the evaluation of the function of the in accomodating and channeling comunity aspiration in Koto Tuo Kopah village Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi regency with a number of 4 indicators was considered to be poor. Due to several things namely the lack of village deliberations and the absence of internal meetings of the BPD which led to unrealizwd aspirtion such as the construction of the Koto Tuo Kopah mosque and the absence of a blog to collect community aspirations or social accounts created by the village consultative body, as well as village consultative bodies also do not have written evidence about their village deleberation that is proof of the minutses of the village consultative decision.
