Abstract

This research was motivated by the Regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number 01 of 2005 concerning the Procedure for Granting Mining Permits. There are several problems in implementing the regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singi Number 01 of 2005. One of the problems that occurs is that there are still deficiencies in the implementation of the regulations of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The main points of this research are: 1 How is the implementation of the regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number 01 of 2005 regarding the procedures for granting mining permits in Kuantan Singingi Regency. 2 What are the factors that hinder the implementation of the regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number. 01 of 2005 concerning procedures for granting mining permits in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses empirical research which is included in the type of basic research (basis research) by using a special study. In this case, it shows that: 1 the implementation of Kuantan Singingi Regent regulation number 01 of 2005 regarding the procedures for granting mining permits in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going well and is in accordance with statutory regulations but there are still many shortcomings. 2 There are several obstacles that have occurred in the implementation of Bupati regulation Number 01 of 2005 concerning the procedures for granting mining permits in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Through agencies related to the existence of Law Number 01 of 2005 concerning the procedures for granting mining permits in Kuantan Singingi Regency, it is hoped that the issuance of mining permits will be more effective in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number 01 of 2005 regarding the procedures for granting mining permits in the Regency.
