PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN ALOKASI DANA DESA, KEBIJAKAN DESA DAN KELEMBAGAAN DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI KASUS PADA DESA DI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial management of village fund allocation, village policies and village institutions on community welfare in villages in Benai District. The research data was obtained from questionnaire data (primary). The population in this study is the Village apparatus in Benai District, amounting to 15 villages with a total population of 299 people. The method of taking purposive sampling obtained 90 samples. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, with t test and coefficient of determination. The test results show that, firstly the influence of accountability in financial management of village fund allocations has a significant effect on people's welfare by 0.596. Second, village policies have a significant effect on people's welfare by 0.350. Third, village institutions have a significant effect on community welfare by 0.964. Determination coefficient obtained by 0.397 or equal to 39.7% which means the amount of financial management accountability of village fund allocation, village policies and village institutions to the welfare of the community is 39.7% while the remaining 60.3% is explained by other causes originating from outside regressions that were not examined in this study.
