ANALISIS FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DI DESA TALONTAM BENAI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The considerations that underlien this research, that the village consultative body (BPD) is a solid partner of the village government in developing and prospering the people. It is hoped that the village government and the village consultative body (BPD) can bring progress by providing direction and input in building a better village government, especially in the formulation and enactment of village regulation (Perdes).This study aims to determine the Analysis of the function of the village consultative body (BPD) in the Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The indicators used are based on law number 6 of 2014 article 31. The research method used was qualitative with 20 informants who came from the community and BPD. The results of this study found that the function of the consultative body (BPD) in the Talontam Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not created properly.
