ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA BERDASARKAN ASAS TRANSPARAN, AKUNTABEL, PARTISIPATIF, TERTIB DAN DISIPLIN ANGGARAN (STUDI KASUS DI DESA PULAU BINJAI KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI)

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze govermental financial management based on transparent, accountable, participative, order and dicipline budgeting principles at Desa Pulau Binjai Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

This research was a cas study with comparative description approach. The data collections techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques was descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collected from interview, observation, and documentation compared with indicators to find whether the indicators has been fullfiled or not.

The result indicated that the financial management on Desa Pulau Binjai Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi is compatible with transparent, accountable, participative, order and dicipline budgeting principle with the fullfilment of all indicators.
