ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN NASABAH TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI AKAD MUDHARABAH PADA PRODUK DEPOSITO (Studi Kasus BRI Syariah KCP Teluk Kuantan)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of Islamic banking in Teluk Kuantan City, which currently has established several Islamic banks, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. Most of the Teluk Kuantan and Kuantan Singingi are Muslims.

This study aims to determine the customer's understanding of the implementation of the Mudharabah contract on Time Deposit products and the factors that cause customers' understanding of the Time Deposit product at BRI Syariah KCP Teluk Kuantan. The population in this study were 6000 customers of BRI Syariah KCP Teluk Kuantan. And only 45 people were taken as samples. The sampling technique was nonprobability sampling and the data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitative using the percentage formula.

The results of research in the field show that the understanding of BRI Syariah KCP Teluk Kuantan customers on the implementation of the Mudharabah contract on Time Deposit products, namely customers only know about the products at BRI Syariah but do not understand about the products in BRI Syariah, especially the Deposit products in detail. . And only some customers understand about BRI Syariah products, especially Time Deposit Products. Lack of understanding from the customer is caused by external and internal factors.
