Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Company Performance in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2018. The research data was obtained from questionnaire data (secondary). The population in this study were all Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, with t test and coefficient of determination (R2).

The test results show that, the First Effect of Managerial Ownership has a significant effect on Company Performance where t arithmetic 3,659 > t table 2,055 and a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05. Second Institutional Ownership has a significant effect on Company Performance where t arithmetic 3,526 > t table 2,055 and a significant value of 0,002 < 0,05. Third, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Company Performance where t arithmetic 4,466 > t table 2,055 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Obtained Coeficiency Obtained equal to 0,591 or equal to 59,1% which means the amount of the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Company Performance is 59,1% while the remaining 40,9% is explained by the factors causing others originating from outside the regression were not examined in this study.
