TINJAUAN YURIDIS PELAKSANAAN TUGAS KEPALA DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 DI DESA SAKO KECAMATAN PANGEAN PERIODE 2016-2018

Abstract

This research focuses on how the trhee heads of Sako village, Pangean sub-district for the period 2016-2018 based on law number 6 of 2014. The problem in this research is how the implementation of the duties of the village head in Sako village, Pangean district, Kuantan Singingi district and what are the factors that hinder the implementation of the duties of the village head in Sako village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi district. Based on this wriring, the author can conclude that the implementation of the duties of the village, Pngean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district is in accordance with law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages contained in article 26 parageaph (1), tasks carried out by the head of the village of Sako are the implemtation of village governance such as village meetings, implementation of village development such as road semisization at several points, village community coaching is like coaching PKK but not routinely carried out, and village community empowerment that does not exist is implemented but is already in the Village Government Activity Plan. While the factors that hinder the implementation of the Sako village head’s duties are the lack of participation of the Sako village community in activities carried out by the Sako village government, some are even indifferent and don’t want to know, plus the lack of quality of human resources in the Sako Village apparatus and the lack of supervision of the performance of the Village Head by the Village Consuktative Body and the communitty as well as the performance of the village apparatus by the Village Head and the community.
