EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN KEPALA DESA DALAM PEMBAGIAN ALOKASI DANA JOMPO DI DESA PULAU KULUR KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study is conducted in the chief’s office of kulur island kuantan hilir seberang of kuantan singingi. The puspose of this study is ti find out how the village head policies in the allocation of the elderly fund in the kulur island village whether it this based on age of the elderly or by family or also upon reciprocity. The formulation of the problemin this study os how the village’ chief policy assessments in the allocation of the btel in kulur island village village. The informant of this research is the village chief, the village sectretary, the vilage tool and village people of kulur island using a tedium sampling thechique. The saturated sample is all the population being sampled, which is all the samples for the inhabitants of the kulur island village community are 12 people. And fior the people used simple rondom sampling, the simple rondom sampling is the taking of sample members and the popilation conducted at random without regard for strata withn the population. According to the write’s observation that the village’s director’s decision to allocate the funs in the kulur island village has been well received.
