ANALYSIS GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE IN KOTO TALUK VILLAGE SUBDISTRICT KUANTAN TENGAH DISTRICT KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The village government is very instrumental in every activity in the administration of government in his village and must be able to carry out their duties in carrying out their governance, community development, development and empowerment of rural communities. In line with this, this study aims to determine the performance of the village government in the context of the administration of the village government in the Village of Koto Taluk, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the performance of the village government with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability are quite good in the village government work environment in the Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi District. On this occasion the researcher suggested that the village government be able to evaluate shortcomings and continue to improve its performance in its duties and obligations in order to prosper the community.
