EVALUASI PELAYANAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PELAYANAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT DI DESA PULAU ARO KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Village office of the island in Kuantan subdistrict Kuantan Singingi District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to evaluate the village government service in the service to the community in the village of Aro Island Kuantan Sub District, Kuantan Singingi District. The purpose of this research is to know how to evaluate the village government service in the service to the community in the village of Aro Island of Kuantan Sub District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample withdrawal technique for Island Village office employees is used for saturated Sampling, i.e. all populations are made samples, of which the number of samples for village office employees amounted to 8 people. For the sample withdrawal community used the Slovin formula, namely Subuah formula or formula to calculate the minimum number of samples when the behavior of a population is not known for certain, where the number of samples for the Community amounted to 90 people. The data collection methods used are questionnaires, observations, documentation, and triangulation. The analysis of the data used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with a fractal table method. The results showed that the evaluation of the village government service in the service to the community in the village of Aro Island Kuantan Sub District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which gave an average value of 3.69 which was on a good interval scale. This is because 1 (one) indicator of 6 (six) indicators does not go well.
