Abstract

This research was conducted in village Muaro Tobek subdistrict of rantau kuantan singingi regency.law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages has given nuance to the Administration and village,Administration implementation of Administration in the village of muaro Tobek subdistrict of rantau kuantan singing regency.The research is motivated by the lack  of  village  government  in  carrying  out  their  duties  especially  in  the  field  of implementation of village administration in the village Muaro Tobek subdistrict of rantau kuantan singing regency and village offices that are not used so that the administration process is not going well.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of general administration of villages in the village muaro tobek of kuantan regency singing technique of sampling technique with certain considerations that the number of informants is

11 people with saturated sampling method that is the overall population is equal to the number of samples,in this study primary data and used is a qualitive descpritive based on the results of interviews conducted regarding the implemation of general village administration in the village of muaro tobek singing has not been implemented properly and hs not run optimally.
