Abstract

This research was carried out in Lubuk Terentang Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how public services at the Lubuk Terentang Village Office in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The sampling technique for village officials used the saturated sampling technique, where all populations were sampled, totaling 7 people. and for the elements of the sample population totaling 42 people, using the Simple Random Sampling technique, ie taking sample members from the population is done randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive, i.e. analyzing data obtained from the results of questionnaires, then processed, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of data processing. The results showed that the Public Services at the Lubuk Terentang Village Office in Gunung Toar Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which produced an average value of 2.53, meant that it was at a Poor Intervals. This is because of the 6 indicators used in this study, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Similarity, Responsiveness, and Efficiency, all of them are not good
