AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI PEMERINTAHAN DESA TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA DI DESA SUNGAI SORIK KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to describe the accountability and goverment transparency toward the allocation of fund in sungai sorik village at Kuantan Hilir Seberang district Kuantan singingi regency and focused on 2019 year. Data collection was carried out by direct obeservation and interview. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative. The problem in this study was the lack of transparency allocation of financial reporting in sungai sorik. This is demonstrated by the information board of APBDesa was not published to society. The result of description measured by comparing the secretary of the interior regulation number 20 of 2018 with actual field activities. Based on the secretary of the interior number 20 and 2018 year indicated the allocation of fund in sungai sorik village has been accountable. However, at the transparency management of reported the fund allocation is less accountable, because there is no media that can provide the information to society about management of fund allocation village.
