ANALISIS PELAYANAN AKTA KEMATIAN DAN AKTA KELAHIRAN PADA KANTOR DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study how the quality of birth certificate services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is located in Kuantan Singingi Regency, with the unit of analysis is the individual or community of Kuantan Singingi Regency who have and are currently conducting a birth certificate. The sample in this study was an experiment of 5 people. This research uses descriptive research, with survey method. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires and direct observation in the field, while secondary data are sourced from report documents, regulations relating to the issues to be discussed, writing and the results of research on public services, with quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that generally the birth certificate services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency are seen from five dimensions, namely responsiveness, belief, awareness and tangibility can be said to be running well.
