Abstract

This research aims to find out how the standard operating procedures for general services at the Simpang Tiga village office. This research aims to improve the quality of public services in the Simpang Tiga village office and evaluate the standard operating procedures in the Simpang Tiga village office. The research method used in research on the evaluation of standard operating procedures for public services at Simpang Tiga village office is qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, in-depth questionnaires to informants. The informants in this study were 39 people, employees of Simpang Tiga village and the community. The standard operating procedures for public services at the Simpang Tiga Urban Village Office are still unclear, so that the public services at the Simpang Tiga Village Office are still not good.
