ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN PENYEDIAAN AIR BERSIH (PAB) UNIT PANGEAN DI KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Providing Services to the Community is very important thing given by the Clean Water Supply (PAB) of the Pangean Unit because of its main task of providing clean water services to the Community. In providing services to the community in Pasarbaru Village, Pangean. Is not still optimal with what the community aspeck. The public service itself is a series of fulfilling service needs in accordance with law number 25 of 2009 for every citizen and resident of goods, services or administrative services provided by the administration of public services. This research method used is the Purposive Sampling and Simple Random Sampling methods. With this type of qualitative descriptive research, this study provides symptoms and events systematically and accurately. This research is about the quality of clean water service provision (PAB) of Pangean unit in Pangean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It is found that service quality problems such as operating hours that did not complete with procedures, water that could not be drunk, water that did not reach customers' homes. Besides that, there are customers who are reluctant to pay water bills every month. This is caused by service procedures that have not been maximized, the length of time for completion of work, incompatible service products and incomplete infrastructure facilities. This research is a suggestion for all parties involved in developing services. Based on the results of research in the field it can be seen that the Quality of Clean Water Supply Services (PAB) of Pangean Unit in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not good.
