ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DI INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the State Civil Service Worker (ASN) at the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research was how the ability of the State Civil Service worker (ASN) at the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique, that is, all populations were sampled, that ware 31 people. The data analysis used was descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing them, and then the authors make conclusions from the results of the data processing. The work ability of the State Civil Service worker (ASN) at the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 117 means that it is at the Good interval, the State Civil Service worker was able to carry out its tasks and functions by being able to do what work it is assigned to and its functions, this was shown by the Civil Service worker The state always achieves the work target of its employees well, because on average the State Civil Service worker has worked experience education and a lot of training has been carried out which makes the inspectorate State Civil Service worker able to work well.
