Abstract

This research was conducted in Pasar Baru village, Pangean subdistrict, at the office of Religious affairs, Pangean subdisstrict, Kuantan Singingi district. This study aims to find out how the quality of marriage registration services in theoffice of religious affairt in the Pangean district, kuantan Singingi district. Informants in this study were seventeen people using purposive sampling and cluster sampling. The researchert found a problem that the quality of marriage registration services in the office of religious affairts in Pangean district was not optimal or the services provided by employees of the religious affairts office seem to be indifferent in providing services to the community and the low attitude of employee responsibility in carrying out the tasks both provided by superriors and in terms of service provition. The type of research used is descriptive and qualitative. Researchers used the method odf data collection in the field that is using the dokumentation interview, triangulation, observation method.
