OPTIMALISASI PEMANFAATAN KANTOR DESA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN DI DESA MUARA LANGSAT KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

In order to carry out village administration properly, of course the Village Head must be able to use the village office as a place for village government administration services. The village office is the center of government and public services in the village. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the village office as a place for village government services in MuaraLangsat Village, Sentajo Raya district, Kuantan Singingi regency and to know the constraints on the use of the Village Office as a place for village administration in the MuaraLangsat Village, Sentajo Raya district, Kuantan Singingi regency.This research was conducted in MuaraLangsat Village, Sentajo Raya district, KuantanSingingi regency. The research method used was qualitative research, data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results it is known that the MuaraLangsat Village Office, Sentajo Raya district, Kuantan Singingi regency. not used properly, because village administration services are often carried out at the Village Head's house, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, human resources are lacking so it is difficult to carry out the function of the village office as a place of service in MuaraLangsat village.
