PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA DI DESA KAMPUNG MEDAN KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2018-2019

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kampung Medan Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi

Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how community participation in the Village

Development in Kampung Medan Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The

formulation of the problem in the research is How Community Participation in Village Development

in Kampung Medan Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling

technique for the Village Head, Village Secretary and KASI Government was used saturated sampling

technique, where all the population was sampled, the number of samples for the Village Head was 1 person, the Village Secretary was 1 person and KASI Government was 1 person, and for the community elements of the Village Kampung Medan used simple random sampling, which is taking

the sample members from the population at random without paying attention to the strata in the population, in which the number of samples for the people of Kampung Medan is 49 people. The

results showed that Community Participation in Village Development Planning Deliberations in

Kampung Medan Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency resulted in an average value of 4.18 which means that it is in the Good interval. This is because of the 5 indicators used in this research, namely Participation of Thoughts, Participation of Energy, Participation of Assets /

Objects, Participation of Skills and Social Participation Show All Indicators are Good.
