PENGELOLAAN (BUMDES) BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA PADA UNIT BUDIDAYA IKAN LELE DI DESA MARSAWA KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Marsawa, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of catfish farming in village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), Marsawa village, Sentajo Raya district, Kuantan Singingi district. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to manage catfish farming in village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Marsawa village, Sentajo Raya district, Kuantan Singingi district. The sampling technique for this study used purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations totaling 4 people. The results showed that the management of catfish culture at village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Marsawa village, Sentajo Raya subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi district had been implemented as well as possible, but it had problems with larval feed for catfish puppies, which for this feed using silk worms which sent from outside the city, namely from binjai north sumatra, but in the management of catfish farming in village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), Marsawa village, Sentajo Raya subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi district has been implemented well.
