EVALUASI FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA PERIODE 2015-2020 DI DESA PULAU INGU KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out how the Implementation of the Functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on pulau ingu, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi regency (2) determine the obstacles encountered in the Implementation of the Functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in pulau ingu, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi regensi .The method applied in this research is qualitative research. Informants in this study were 10 people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are the Miles and Hubberman models, the activities in data analysis, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclution Drawing / Verification.The results obtained from the analysis of data and field data indicate that the Implementation of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) Function in Pulau Ingu Village, Benai district, Kuantan Singingi regensi has run quite well and in accordance with the established functions. This was seen from the opinions of the informants regarding the implementation of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) Function in Pulau Ingu Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. However, in the implementation there are obstacles such as the lack of training from the District Government and the District Government given to the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Pulau Ingu Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi regency so as to design and stipulate village regulations of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Pulau Ingu Village difficulty in designing and establishing it.
