MINAT MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TERHADAP PRODUK TABUNGAN HAJI DI BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI) SYARI’AH KCP TELUK KUAN TAN (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah)
Abstract
The emergence of the Shari'ah BRI Bank is in an effort to help the community fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam by saving on Hajj Savings products in a shari'ah way and more guaranteed halal status. With the existence of the BRI Sharia Bank KCP Kuantan Bay that can help the community, especially in Central Kuantan District, depart on Hajj according to the queue with the amount of savings that does not charge customers and is given various facilities and benefits. This type of research is a Qualitative Descriptive with a population of 15 people and the sample is 15 customers of Hajj Savings products that will depart in 2020. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation and data analysis using the percentage formula and the results of interviews with the aim of explaining the real situation. From the results of the study note that The interest of the people of Kuantan Tengah District on Hajj Savings products at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syari'ah KCP Teluk Kuantan after quantitative calculations showed that interest in Konasi was 100%, Affective interest was 100% and Psychomotor was 90.62% . The factors that cause Hajj Savings products to be more attractive to the people of Central Kuantan District at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syari'ah KCP Teluk Kuantan include: The customer understands that the BRI Syari'ah Bank is shari'ah based and is clear and does not exist usury transactions. Quality of understanding, knowledge and level of education of customers in making choices for Hajj savings at BRI Syari'ah. Customers experience benefits such as free administration fees for Hajj Savings, saving anytime and the amount is not determined. Customers feel comfortable when making transactions, comfortable saving money, comfortable obtaining traditional services and performing the haj pilgrimage and there is a tendency for the proximity of the residence or the distance the customer can travel from home to Bank BRI Syari'ah.
