Abstract

This research was conducted at the Investment Service Office of the One Door Integrated Services and Kuantan Singingi Workforce. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the Implementation of Online Single Submission (OSS) Services in the Investment Office of the One Stop Integrated Services and Workforce of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Implement Online Single Submission (OSS) Services in the Investment Office Capital of One Stop Integrated Service and Workforce of Kuantan Singingi Regency. this study uses descriptive quantitative approach. Most of the primary data was collected from distributing questionnaires, field observations, documentation and direct contact with information related to the field of study directly. And secondary data sources come from literature and documentation on related issues. From this study it can be concluded that the number of respondents in the study were 29 people using purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an implementation of the Online Single Submission Service at the Investment Service Office of the One Stop and Manpower Services in Kuantan Singingi District which produced figures in the range of 30-58 liker scale with an average of 55.8 which is still not good implementation of Online Services Single Submission in the Investment Office of One Stop Services and Workforce in Kuantan Singingi Regency and needs to be increased.
