EFEKTIFITAS FUNGSI PENGAWASAN APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) KANTOR CAMAT SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to fine out how the effectiveness of the supervisory functions of the state civil Apparatus office of the Sentajo Raya sub-District Kuantan Singingi regency according to the intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The factors of the Effectiveness of the supervisory function of the Sentajo Raya Su-District Head Office of Kuantan Singingi District, which is a form of discipline tha has not been carried out properly by employees. Researchers found that disciplinary problems in Sentajo Rya Sub-District Office empliyees have not been effective. As for the problems that the researchers found were: the morning apples were not on time, which followed the morning apples only partoally, there were empliyees who roamed outside the office like in the cafeteria even though working hours were late coming to the office and before they returned home many employees had left first. The method in the research used id Descriptive Method with Qualitative approach while the data collection method used: interview, Observation, Documentation and triangulation. From this study it can be concluded that the efeectivitiness of the supervisory function of Sentajo Raya Sub-District State Civil Apparatus of Kuantan Singingi Enough is Effective.
