PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) DAN PEMBIAYAAN TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find The Effect of Regional Orginal Revenue partially on the Capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi District Government in 2014-2018This research is a descriptive research it used quantitative data analysis with causal research design. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports namely Regional Original Revenue, Financing Realization, and Realization of Capital Expenditure for the Kuantan Singingi District Government (BPKAD) of the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency to 2014-2018. Data Were collected using documentation and library methods. Data Analysis was performed using the multiple Linear Regression method with the help of SPSS Version 21 softwere. This research use two independent Variable, namely Regional Orginal Revenue (X₁), and Capital Expenditure (Y) as the dependent variable.

The results of this study indicate that partially Orginal Regional Revenue has a positive and significant effect in Capital Expenditure of the Regional Government of Kuantan Singingi Regency by 75,5%, so that the Regional Orginal Revenues increase and the Capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government also rises. As well financing a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government by 58,9%, thus the financing that has a Surplus will have a good impact on capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi District Government because the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government is no longer underfunded and does not make loans from outside. Simultaneously, local revenue and financing have a positive and significant effect on capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government by 82,2%, so that the capital Expenditure of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government can be said to be good.
