IMPLEMENTASI TUGAS BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA PERIODE 2014-2019 DI DESA TALONTAM KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The implementation process is basically not only about the behavior of administrative bodies that are responsible for running the program and causing obedience to the target group, but also concerning the network of political, economic and social forces that directly or indirectly can influence the behavior of all parties involved. Similarity is needed in view of the goals to be achieved and the commitment of all parties to provide support. In general, this study aims at and to find out how the implementation of the Village Consultative Body's tasks in Talontam Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Respondents numbered  100 The data collection techniques were carried out, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation to the village head, village secretary, general leader, hamlet head and community The results of this study indicate that in general the Implementation of the Task Force of the Village Consultative Body in Talontam Village still runs less optimally, with indicators of communication research, resources, attitudes and structures
