ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEMERINTAHAN DESA DI DESA JAYA KOPAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

An ability to produce goods and services from various resources or production factors that are used to improve the quality and quantity of work produced in a company. Productivity aims to produce or increase the yield of goods and services as high as possible by utilizing resources efficiently. This study aims to determine how the work productivity analysis of the village government in Jaya Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used is a survey research method with a descriptive level of explanation and uses quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the analysis of the work productivity of the village government in Jaya Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency was less effective due to several inhibiting factors in work productivity such as the lack of discipline of the village apparatus, lack of existing resources and inadequate work equipment.
