ANALISIS FUNGSI LEGISLSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DALAM PEMBUATAN PERATURAN DESA DI DESA PULAU KEDUNDUNG KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The existence of village in yuridically recognozed on constitutional number 23 of 2004 about local goverment and constitution number 6 of 2014 about village. Base on the condition village can man as village and traditional village or in other name, next called village is unity of law who have borderline authorized to organize and take care of goverment affairs. Interests of local society based on initiative of society, rights of origin, and traditional right which is recognized and respected on goverment system united state of the republick of indonesia. In the implement of autority fate to string and to manage importance of society, the estabilishment of consultative body of the village (BPD) as legislasi institution and coordinating institution fungtion to take in and dispense aspiration of society. This organication is friend of goverment have position to take care of goverment affair, development and society prividing power. consultative body of the village (BPD) anyway have duty to make controling of implementation village regulation and about calculation income and budget of village (APBDes). From the problemthat the writer raises regarding the legislatif function of the village (BPD) of pulau kedundung, based on temporary observations, it is still not good. Therefore the researcher is interested in raising this title, after making observations and also interviews ith the

(BPD), it can be concluded that the analysis of the BPD’S legislative function is good, this is evidenced by the existence of village regulations regarding RPJMDes, RKPDes, village regulation concerning BUMDES and village regulations regarding APBDES
