PERAN NADZIR DALAM PENGELOLAAN WAKAF YANG ADA DI KECAMATAN INUMAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research is motivated by the management of waqf by nadzir in Inuman District management, there is no productive waqf management in other forms of business.

The population in this study is nadzhir in Inuman District. This study uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation and data validation techniques. This type of research is a field research (field research) and the data is analyzed descriptively qualitatively by using the Likert scale percentage formula and exposure using their own language.

The results of this study are the allocation of productive waqf results in the form of being given to the mosque as an asset for the welfare of the mosque. The management of productive waqf managed by nazir waqf in Inuman sub-district until now has not been able to contribute to educational activities in the form of scholarships, development of health infrastructure, assistance to the poor, and community economic progress. This is because so far the understanding that exists in the community is that waqf is only an immovable object and is intended only for worship activities. In addition, Nazir also did not have a strong militancy in developing productive waqf in the form of other businesses. Supporting and inhibiting factors in waqf management in Inuman sub-district include: Many assisting communities in the development of waqf land in Inuman sub-district.
