Abstract

The State of the Republic of Indonesia which divides Indonesia into large regions and small regions, with the form and structure of the lowest level of government being the village or kelurahan. In this context, village government is a sub-system of the national government administration system which is directly under the district government. As for the formulation of the problem, namely how is the role of BPD in Bukit Raya village in the process of preparing APBDes in Bukit Raya Village, Singingi Hilir sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency and what are the inhibiting factors for BPD Bukit Raya Village in the process of preparing APBDes in Bukit Raya Village, Singingi Hilir sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
