Abstract

The demands of the times have brought people to a fast-paced and practical way of life. The progress of science is a determinant for a modern civilization. Crime is a form of deviant behavior that lives in society. Law as a means for solving these problems is expected to provide the right solution, therefore the development of law, especially criminal law, needs to be improved and pursued in an integrated manner. Health science is one of the fastest growing fields of science today. Likewise with the development of criminal acts in the health sciences. The criminal acts that occur in the field of health sciences include: malpractice, counterfeiting drugs, distributing drugs without a permit and transplanting human organs. Health problems are a serious concern in every country, both developed and developing countries. Pharmaceutical work is the manufacture and quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage and distribution or distribution of drugs, drug management, drug services based on doctor's prescriptions, drug information services as well as drug development for medicinal ingredients and traditional medicines. Pharmacy is enshrined in government regulation (PP) Number 51 of 2009 concerning pharmaceutical work. This regulation regulates the scope of pharmaceutical activities, especially those who call it the pharmacist profession. Courts that have the authority to try and examine cases that do not have the expertise and authority to practice pharmaceuticals, in deciding pharmaceutical practices in the community.
