ANALISIS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS MASYARAKAT DI DESA PULAU KOMANG KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how to empower the community through community capacity building in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for the village apparatus used a saturated sampling technique, ie all the population was sampled, in which the number of samples for the village apparatus amounted to 10 people, and for the community using a random sampling technique, namely the taking of sample members from the population was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata. in that population. In which the number of samples for elements of society amounted to 43 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the study show that Community Empowerment through Community Capacity Building in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 142 means that it is in the Good Enough interval, because every indicator tested has fairly good results, Human Resource Development, Institutional Development Groups, Community Capital Fertilization, Productive Business Development and Provision of Appropriate Information for Community Empowerment in Pulau Komang Village.
