Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Welfare Program on Employee Productivity at PT. Citra Riau Sarana 1 in Bumi Mulya Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Descriptive method of analysis by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so that it can provide a fairly clear picture of the object under study. The samples in this study were office employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana 1 as many as 53 people. Results From the research that has been done regarding the Effect of Welfare Programs on Employee Productivity at PT. Citra Riau Sarana I, Kuantan Singingi Regency, obtained a correlation number of R of 0.981, which means that the Welfare Program on Productivity has a very strong relationship and the percentage of influence of the Welfare Program Variable on Productivity is 96.3%. While the remaining 3.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study
