Abstract

Additional Employee Income (TPP) is one of the external factors that affect efforts to improve ASN performance. This allowance is one of the implementations of compensation for decent rewards for performance or work performance in other words performance benefits are awards in the form of additional income given to ASN for its performance with the aim to increase the morale of ASN.

The research method used in this study is kualitati.f Research with a qualitative approach emphasizes the analysis of processes of the thinking process in an inductive manner related to the dynamics of relationships between observed phenomena, and always uses scientific logic. The data collection techniques that the authors use are observation techniques, documentation techniques and interview techniques. Data obtained through interviews is processed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the Implementation of Additional Employee Income Allowance Policy (TPP) on Employees in the Kuantan Tengah Camat Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency in general has been well done in accordance with their respective Basic Duties and Functions. The Policy of Additional Employee Income Allowance at the Kuantan Tengah District Office has provided results and impacts seen from the TPP asn performance is further improved by the process of completing work although it is still not optimal because there are still negligent ASNs but at least there have been improvements to spur ASN to actually carry out its duties properly
